2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the 360nerd.de app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
3. License and Access
360nerd.de grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal use of this app. You may not download, modify, or use the app or any portion of it for any commercial purposes without express written consent from 360nerd.de.
4. Subscription and Payment
The 360nerd.de app offers a subscription service that grants access to all 360-degree videos, excluding the welcome video which is free. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and can be canceled at any time. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings in your Account Settings after purchase.
5. Content Usage
Subscribers can view the 360-degree videos as often as they like, as long as their subscription is active. All content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from 360nerd.de.
To play the videos in high resolution, you need a good internet connection via Wi-Fi. The lowest resolution is 4k with 3840×1920 pixels, which requires a bandwidth of 15 Mbps. The streaming server calculates your bandwidth and tries to provide you with the best possible resolution and quality to ensure smooth playback of the videos. The higher your internet and Wi-Fi bandwidth, the higher the quality will be. Currently, the following resolutions are supported, and you need at least the corresponding internet bandwidth:
3840×1920 15 Mbps
4320×2160 25 Mbps
5120×2560 32 Mbps
5760×2880 45 Mbps
6144×3072 49 Mbps
Higher resolutions are not currently practical, as they also require higher bitrates. Videos in higher resolutions would stutter when streamed, especially when viewed on the Apple Vision Pro.
6. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we use and disclose information from our users. By using the 360nerd.de app, you acknowledge and agree that we do not collect or store any personal data from our users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included in the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of 360nerd.de or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
